Airport arrivals

The service pick-up time will be your flight's arrival time.  We know airport travel can be hectic; however, our team and chauffeurs track flight statuses to make your journey easier.
Upon arrival, our chauffeur will greet you and assist with your luggage. The greet sign will display the guests' name on the reservation.

  • Domestic: Proceed to baggage claim, even if you have no checked luggage.
  • International: After you've gathered your luggage, proceed to the International arrivals lobby.

Pick-up at hotel or residence

If you have requested to be picked up at a hotel, you can expect your chauffeur to meet you at the valet area or the hotel’s direct entrance. Please note, chauffeurs may only be parked in these areas for a short period of time before they are asked to move the vehicle.
The chauffeur will be waiting outside if you've requested to be picked up at a residence.

Debarking from cruise

Due to port security, chauffeurs are not allowed to park or stand at terminal exits. Chauffeurs wait at a designated holding area awaiting your call or text. When you're ready, please contact your chauffeur and state the letter or number you're standing by. The chauffeur will arrive shortly.

How to contact your chauffeur?

Pay close attention to unique instructions on where to find your chauffeur included in your confirmation email.
  • Guest Contact: Please provide your mobile phone number as this is the only form of contact our chauffeur will use to get in touch with you.
  • Chauffeur Contact: Once the chauffeur arrives, you will receive their mobile number via a text message.
If you are unable to locate the chauffeur, you must call our dispatch line and speak with a ride specialist. We ask that you remain in the same location; our team will assist and make sure you are able to connect with the chauffeur.

Have a flight to catch on debarkation day?

Our top priority is ensuring you arrive at the airport on time.  Here are our standard suggestions when booking your airport departure:
  • Domestic: Arrive two (2) hours prior to flight departure time
  • International: Arrive three (3) hours prior to flight departure time.
Travel time between the port and airport should be taken into consideration when booking your departure ride.

What is the difference between Sprinter van service and rideshare?

Rideshare provides good low-end car service. But it needs to catch up in group transportation. You can't pack a family of 6 with bags into a rideshare SUV. drvn handles that problem with Sprinters made for groups with stuff. drvn Sprinters are cool, classy, roomy, and comfortable. How far in advance should I book airport Sprinter service?

It is always a good idea to book well in advance—a week, two weeks, a month, two months—you get the idea. But worry not—Sprinters can usually be booked (based on availability, of course) in as little as five hours.

How do I book private Sprinter service?

What payment options are available for mini bus services?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and bank transfers are acceptable forms of payment for your mini bus service. Minibuses may require a deposit depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. For your security and that of the chauffeur, chauffeurs cannot accept payment of any form for drvn services, however can accept cash tips at the passenger’s discretion.

How far in advance do I have to book mini bus services

The sooner you book your service for a large group outing, the better. Mini bus service can be booked up to two years ahead of time and a minimum of 72 (seventy-two) hours in advance.

How many passengers can a mini bus transport at once?

Mini bus transport at drvn can accommodate up to 36 passengers. There are a variety of configurations that can be arranged upon request.

Are minibuses charged per mile or per hour?

Minibuses can be charged per mile (our point-to-point service) or per hour (our flat rate by the hour or by the day). Our point-to-point services calculate the distance and travel time between the pick-up and drop-off points, whereas our hourly services calculate the hourly rate from start to finish.

Can I travel in a drvn vehicle with a pet or service animal?

Pets are always welcome, but they must be transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container. Service animals are also welcome aboard and can ride alongside the passenger and do not need to be transported in a container. You must notify drvn of your pet when making a reservation for travel. Simply place your ‘traveling with pet’ request in the “Add Notes” section of your reservation booking. Please note, your reservation must be updated with pet travel arrangements at least 24 hours prior to service. Failure to notify drvn may result in additional charges or possible termination of the service.

Do you offer greeter services?

Greeter services are always available upon request. All our chauffeurs are experts in the art of greeting. However, for larger group reservations, we always recommend the use of our qualified greeters.
