Our event technology platform was engineered using a data-driven approach for ground transportation management. All drvn technology solutions both drive efficiency for event transportation and enhance the passenger experience. drvn’s event platform includes critical backend services and tools such as live manifests, geolocation, route optimization and demand forecasting, controlled access, PII screening, group scheduling, and more.

drvn event technology can be consumed in a collaborative (flat) or focused (hierarchical) structure by a client’s disparate teams. From ops to admin everyone can have the same, or different access. Any or all client specific stakeholders, whether internal or external, from event attendees to client VIPs, can have direct-facing views to what you see fit for them to see.

GSM is one of drvn’s most powerful tech innovations and it is one of our first tools built on internally developed AI algorithms. Essentially, GSM allows event managers who manage ground to upload a disparate list of attendees’ arrival times at one or more airports, and multiple drop-off points. GSM returns an optimized schedule for pickups and dropoffs with suggested vehicle selections (sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, mini-buses and motor coaches). Once approved, GSM sends an SMS to attendees with their pickup location, time, vehicle ID, chauffeur, and dropoff location.

Our ‘God’s View’ (‘GV’) technology provides real-time visibility to individual and event-wide vehicles, whether shuttling or transferring. Real-time data is uploaded into our Live Manifest so event managers look omniscient. This is a critical function and tool for both operations and security. Passengers can also view the ‘Next Ride’ on their application to see arrival times for transfer vehicles and shuttles.
