Species with high genetic diversity as well as any populations, which are adapted to a wide variety of conditions, are more likely to be able to weather disturbances, disease, and climate change. Cultural diversity and equity

When talking about culture and societies, we refer to cultural diversity or multiculturalism. The Encyclopedia Britannica defines multiculturalism as: “the view that cultures, races, and ethnicities, particularly those of minority groups, deserve special acknowledgment of their differences within a dominant political culture.” Societies that practice multiculturalism tend to be more stable and robust than those that don’t. This robustness is evident at drvn, where we derive inspiration and creativity from our differences.
